Kerbin Military and KSC Join Forces to Pioneer Sustainable Hypersonic Flight Research

The Kerbin United Defence Forces offers a historic White Knight aircraft as a research platform to advance sustainable hypersonic technologies.

Following the promising results recently obtained by the X-313 pilot study (see coverage here), a landmark collaboration was announced today: the Kerbin United Defence Forces (Kerbin Military) and the Kerbal Space Agency (KSC) are teaming up to explore sustainable hypersonic flight. As part of this innovative partnership, the Kerbin Military will provide a legendary White Knight aircraft to serve as a unique research platform, supporting cutting-edge studies aimed at reducing operational risks, improving economical feasibility and enhancing future high-speed aerospace travel.
