The Dunatian :: Mission Report

After peskying people a lot about how I with the DLC Making History would be better appreciated (and using The Dunatian as the reason), I decided it's time to revisit this old classic that could be.

This is my most recent (July 2025) attempt to do so, in the hopes I managed to met the goal this time.

I'm using KSP 1.4.3 (the most recent one when The Dunatian was published and still one of my preferred ones - available on Steam for users that bought it there and know how to use DepotDownloader and SteamDB), and some Add-Ons to improve a bit the QoL:

• Modular Managment, consisting of:
  • KSPe
  • Some system utilities
  • My fork of Module Manager
• Distant Object
• Keep it Straight
• Parking Brake
• Unleashed ones:
  • Chatterer
  • CrewLight
  • SmokeScreen
  • TakeCommand
  • And for debugging/"cinematics" purposes:
    • DebugStuff
    • KerbalObjectInspector
    • PartInfo
    • VesselMover

You will notice that most of the add'ons are not mine, and they were backported to KSP 1.4.3 under the Unleashed Initiative. Do not pesky the official maintainers if you decide to risk your SAS on any of them and, frankly, if you are not using an older KSP like me, there's no reason to do such.
