How to get Support when using CKAN

Defeating our bests efforts, sometimes we are caught with our pants down. And while CKAN makes incredibly easy to install and maintaining your Add'Ons, it also does the same for the Krakens!

This page aims to to support you when this happens.

In order to better help you, we need your help. When contacting us, please:

• A short description of your rig, including the KSP version you are using and if you are using any Launcher.
• Provide a copy of your KSP.log
  • Please quit KSP before copying it, or the log can be truncated in the process rendering it useless.
• Ditto for the Module Manager's
  • Patch Log
  • Config Cache
• A CKAN's Mod Export file with you current configuration.
  • Reach CKAN's manual for details.
• Tell us when was the last time you updated something using CKAN, and if things were working fine before it.
