Kerbal created Ab.R.A.T.O., the most stupid way to takeoff with a ~800ton cargo.

Taking Off (Good Luck!)

1. Manually extend front gears
2. Close Front Ramps (9) and Rear Ramp (0)
3. Manually retract the landing legs
4. Stage (engines spinning up)
5. Disengage Brakes if engaged
6. Extend Flaps (8)
7. Engage SAS
8. Full Throttle!!
9. Keep her in the middle of the runway, or you will lose some engines at the end
10. At 80m/s, Stage again (lightening the ~~Candles~~, I mean, Boosters)
11. Let her raise her nose by herself - don't try to pitch her yourself, or you will stress out the rearest wheels and lose the rear engines
12. Once you are out of runway, keep the ascending speed around 5m/s
13. Retract landing gears
14. Retract flaps (8). Caution, don't sink!!
