[KAX MH TS] David Rose's RP-4

This is my 1.7.3 rendition for the David Rose's RP-4, using Making History and TweakScale (and KAX, of course).

I made this after realising it's a hell of a time since I last played with KAX by the last time, so I tried something quick and easy but that could be added to KAX's sample crafts library. :)
