How to Ask for Support
A crash test course
In order to better help you, we need your help. When contacting us, please provide what follows:
- A description of your running environment
- Operating System (and Version)
- CPU
- GPU
- RAM
- VRAM
- SSD or HDD
- The file system used (NTFS, ReFS, FAT, exFAT, EXT4, BTRFS, HFS, APFS, etc)
- A concise, textual description of the problem
- The minimum steps needed to reproduce the problem is of huge help!
- Provide a copy of your
KSP.log
- Ditto for the Module Manager's
- Patch Log
- Config Cache
Using the Issue Tracker is highly encouraged, as GitHub provides services that make everything above easier. You can open an issue there, and call me here pinpointing there to be sure to get my attention.

Tell us when was the last time you updated something using CKAN, and if things were working fine before it.
Provide a copy of your KSP.log
Please quit KSP before copying it, or the log can be truncated in the process, redering it useless.
