KSP 1.11.0 broke a lot of old add'ons
Impossible Innovations
On Impossible Innovations, I decided to do a more comprehenssive test.
I build this hack:
And, unsurprisingly, it exploded on launch as expected.Curiously, this time the root part was kicked into orbit!
In a way or another, I remembered to take a screenshot if the mission report. Observe the pornographic numbers on the part's heat! Well, that explained the awesomeness of the explosions!
So I activated the cheats:
And tried again:
Obviously, the heat is not the only thing not being initialised correctly...
And the damned thing exploded with cheats activated! o.O
Well, so let's deactivate the cheats and launch something to be able to be at the Flight Scene:
Anything goes, it's only an excuse to be able to go to the Flight Scene.
Now I spawned the very save craft using Vessel Mover:
And everything is working fine now!
From now on, I spent some time playing with the thing to see if something wrong happens.
Other than the usual, shite, landing, everything worked perfectly.
And that's it. Now we have yet one more stupid misbehaviour from KSP to try to cope with! :-/
Frankly, I still playing on 1.7.3. And I don't see any reason to change that in the near future. :-!
